Aarhus Filmfestival – on tour presents a selection of films at several locations in Jutland some months after the festival in Aarhus.

Aarhus Filmfestival wishes to reach a wider audience in Jutland with films of high artistic value and content that matters from the festival. We believe that these films stimulate reflexion, debates and fresh perspectives as well as being brilliantly entertaining! In other words insight & outsight, imagination & reality – also outside Aarhus.

Aarhus Filmfestival – on tour was held for the first time in the spring of 2009 in Silkeborg, Holstebro, Lemvig, Odder og Grenå. This year's tour was held  March through May 2010 with screenings in Ebeltoft, Fredrikshavn, Silkeborg, Holstebro, Viborg, Herning and Ålborg.
