The festival is independently organised by the non-profit association Aarhus Filmfestival. Festival Director, Karen Rais-Nordentoft, is in charge of film selection, financing and organization.

Each year 20-30 volunteers help out organising the festival. Volunteers take charge of events, host screenings and make sure guests are taken well care of. Please contact us per email or phone if you would like to get involved as a volunteer.
